Thieves Underground and Bates

I got the game three weeks ago and finished it as an elf mage and a ran away with the circus melee fighter (human).
I'm playing as a thief now, and I'm a member of the thieves underground. I've already talked to bates, so I can't do cedric's quest.
Am I able to do the other underground quests?

 

Yes, you can do any quest that has not been crossed out in your quest log book. And if you haven't tryed to get more quest yet, you should, just see if you can. This also puts you in a place to where you wouldn't have to ask.

 

Yeah, i was at level 15, and that guy who asks me to steal the sewers map didn't give me any quest. I returned at level 21 and he gave me a quest to steal the idol of kree (4 ranks and expernt in prowling is awesome ) and the guy that walks there, with red clothes gives me rumors about things mr. black wants.

So.....you do the things that Mr. Black want's.....i done it many times....but the quest never showed on the quest book..
