I saved in Erick Obsidian's room in the Wheel Clan after I gave him the stone... now the save changed Sebastian/Raven/Loghaire's left-hand portraits into mech portraits (normal portraits are the same), and turned my third Medical Arachnid into a wall (mech side portrait, red-lightning bolt normal portrait, Human Female, level 0, 0 all stats, 350 HT wtf), and any attempts to leave, whether by stairs or by teleporting, result in a crash. Is there any way to fix this? I'll post the save, if that helps. I really don't want to have to go back to talking to Gideon Laier (I was about to go to Thanatos at the time). And before you say it, yes, I know I should have kept more saves, but it's hard to get into the habit of doing it without occiasional lapses. You read the sticky? Wow, I like you more and more as you keep talking. What are your views on freedom and John Locke's Essays on the Natural Rights of Man? Oh, and you'ld be surprised how many people come in unpatched wondering why their character keeps getting attacked by roving bands of Tarant Dressmakers.
I feel freedom, social equality, economic equality, and socialism are inseparable. Locke's essays are quite difficult to understand without taking into account the world he lived in (fundamentalist Christians who did not know about evolution, thinking humans are unchanging, et al.) While they were written in defense of the privileged, it defended certain rights of the labourers and artisans as well, which shows Locke to be one who felt compromise was possible.
