I just got the game and it won't work.
It crashes when I try to start it. I have a Gateway 420GR (it was cheap) that has onboard sound and video. I've read somewhere that Bloodlines doesn't like onboard stuff. I've ALSO read that it crashes if you have copying stuff on your computer... my computer came with NERO...
Here is the error it logged:

Nero ain't the problem, most likely CloneCD can cause these problems because of the copy protection. Also you didn't mention that did you have the patch installed.

Anyways, I am quite certain that the problem is caused by your graphics card, not being compatible with DirectX 9 and not supporting pixel shader either.

And it is useless to post the error log, it doesn't give any info to us, only the developers and their programmers can get anything out of that.

I had the problem with the Pixel Shader too, because I can't bother ordering a new 3d card...

That's what I had thought, thanks. I tried getting my old card into this computer but... this one has "PCI Express", my old card being AGP.
That means I need to get another $120 card.
    Lovely...

He is talking about PCI Express, not the regular PCI-slot. PCI Express should be faster then the AGP-slot.
