I've been tucking in to some simple, common or garden mature Cheddar in my sandwiches at the moment. :)

Any other fans of fermented curd out there?

i have a round of brie currently residing in my fridge... i know i'm supposed to spread it on crackers, but i just like to eat it straight out of the skin... i also add cream cheese to my scrambled eggs. it melts easier than block cheese...

Italian cheese gives me a gastronomic orgasm. Provolone (the imported kind, not the fake pre-sliced shit), Pecorino (of all kinds), Mozzarella, Piave, Montegrappa, Fontina, Mascarpone, etc.

I like good ole aussie cheddar. That said, I like most cheeses anyway, but I eat cheddar by itself all the time. Fucking tasty.

I actually like a good Colby Cheddar, I like Swiss too. I mainly like cheese on sandwiches, so if it goes good with Jack Daniels Horseraddish/Mustard, or tabasco sauce, and meat we're good to go.

Swiss, Gouda, Cheddar, Stilton, Colby, Monterrey Jack, Havartti, Romano, Provoloni, Mozarella - I could go on and on about the different cheeses I like and the different forms I like them in - smoked, plain, aged, etc. Cheese is wonderful. It's too bad that too much of some types can cause your cholesterol to go up when you get to be my age.

Cheese rules, Blinky. It's not sad at all that it's remained on topic, it's a testament to the POWAH OF CHEESE!

And yet, "cheese" and "cheesy" have come to have very derogatory meanings - "Using molotovs or the Harm spell is total cheese, they're broken" "Being able to try out different dialog options, then reload and try others till you get the optimal one is very cheesy" etc. Strange.

Yea, well your posts also make sense to you. Your idea of sense is pretty hazy.

Ummm... He made a statement and then gave two examples. What more is there to understand? Perhaps your basic reading comprehension skills are a little lazy.

Everyone was talking about how much ass cheese kicks, and chuft chimed in to say that its surprising that, even though cheese kicks ass, it is still used as a derogatory adverb/adjective. He then made an example by speaking as though he was someone criticizing someone else for using Molotov cocktails or Harm in Arcanum (two of the most ridiculous bugs in the game) by saying its "total cheese" to exploit those flaws. He then proceeded to say that "its very cheesy" to use quicksave and quickload try out different dialogue options until you get the optimal solution.

I'll admit, as a stand alone statement it would be a little confusing, but in relation to the rest of the conversation I think it made perfect sense.

You and I are using seperate conotations of the word sense. I agree, it's understandable. It still has no sense in it.
