Not me. It seems that age itself has worked like a detox. I've yet to see an anime good enough to pull me back.

Have you tried Noir, Elfen Lied, Hellsing Ultimate, Pumpkin Sissors...
I could provide a more extensive list, if you wish.

Also, what's age to do with it. I'm 45 now and still love it. Even go the the local Con.

I find clips of anime/video games/machinima/whatever set to music to be largely a waste a time and a sad reflection on the free time of those who make them. Sorry guys, but poorly edited random clips of Evangelion set to Linkin Park physically hurts to watch.

However, I will admit that the first one you linked was done somewhat well.

One can never stop to admire Alucard's insanity. Man, I love that guy's sense of humor.

I'm a hardcore Dragonball fan. Everything but the GT series.

The only anime series where one battle could last a full 2 weeks. Have to admit pretty awesome though.

I agree with you. So many people make AMV's that there is a lot of fluff out there. However, following the monkey-shakespere theory, there are some AMV's that are really well done. At the Con's I'll often go to the AMV contests and watch a lot of crap just so I can catch the works of art.
Sometimes it's not worth the pain. Other times it's fantastic.

    Here are two more.
    One, a favorite of mine.

And two, a very well done wast of time. In fact it's titled "A Total Waste of 6 Min 35 Sec"

What the heck, a third one
A tribute to the Studio Ghibli girls: (for any one familiar with Studio Ghibli or Hayao Miyazaki, this is well done)
