You can do that at home when you're in your room, listening to the Smiths, and with a knife at your wrists and a suicide note posted on the back of your door.

 

1. I can't say I know who the Smiths are.
2. A knife at my wrists would be stupid. I'd rather go with something more grand like something with stabbing with a knife over cutting with one any day. It's just so much more artistic.
3. I wouldn't post a suicide not on the back of my door, were I to write one. It'd be pointless to leave it waiting to be found if anyone ever wound up finding me. I'd go around and deliver my note to everyone so I know they got it and then I'd just go off away from them. That way you know you got your point across and there can be no doubt of how thorough you were.

 

No, what you have to do is set up something overly complex so that you mail your own head with the suicide note in your mouth to someone.
