Ok if I get this right
    Technology Herbology
    +cure all (full health +more)
    +can buy schematics
    -have tech vs magic
    -space 1x1 for one use.
-cost 7cp and 19 in INT to get cure all.
-You need to make buy a lot of stuff and make new stuff till you can get cure all and if you like better then that you need 1 more tech skill and schematics to make even better then cure all.

    Social Skills Healing
    +10 uses on 1x1 space.
    +only 5cp and 18 INT
+Is a neutral skill no tech vs magic.
    +have training in it app/exp/mas
+No need to combide with other stuff to make it better just by and try
    -Heal less ???

can any one tell me some thing about magic healing white necromagic?

The big drawback to the magick healing is fatigue. In combat, you'd have to have fatigue restores to use a lot of white necromancy in addition to your combat spells.

You can use the Herbalogy one in combat also. I'm not so sure about the native heal skill.

i think you can use the heal skill in combat as well, don't quote me on that though.

if i remeber right ratster told someone that he(the someone)should give virgil bandages, so that instead of burning out from magick healing, he could heal you with em'.

the drawback must be that it costs money to use, aside from the others(magick costs zero money, but instead fatigue(good to have in combat), technology healing(read herbology)costs some money, but can also get you rich(just selll those you don't need))

imo they are all valid, they just have different usages.

I don't recall the name of the item that it makes or skill.

for some reason i doubt it

anyway, perhaps you will get something at some point if you heal someone.

anyway healing is also good to get away scars from your skin, the question now is, does only the healing skill work against scars?

As far as I know regular healing(with bandages/critical success) and, or paying a healer is the only way to get rid of scars, although I believe a blessing can also do this.

is it me or r the npc just a bit over enthusiastic in using items to heal? esp when poisoned?

i can make lots of healing salve and if i give any to the party members they'll be gone real fast..

When I do that, I give a bunch to Virgil if my inventory is filling up and he never touches the healing salves. Virg won't even use the fatigue restores that I give him. My main char has to use these items on him. He will make use of the bandages though.

Oops. I quoted you. Oh well. ;P

Yeah, you can use it in combat- both minor heal and major. The minor heal is what Virgil is always casting on you and himself during battles. The downside of casting it in battle, as already mentioned, is the loss of fatigue. I usually try to wait until the last minute before I heal myself or virgil in order to conserve fatigue, then use a restorer potion.
