Open something by NPC

How to make a script of open something...

I mean:

There are locked door and next to them there is a NPC. After one of the dialouge line this NPC unlock this door... How to make it in script? I know its easy... but my english is still not good so I waste to much time to looking this in documentation.

I know that similar script was in orginal arcanum with door to Gilbert Bates and guard. But i coudnt find this script in data.
