\mes\quotes

I searched for "quote" and came up with zero hits but I find it hard to believe that this hasn't been noted on these boards.
Anyway, if you undat arcanum and go into the mes folder you will find a quotes file filled with:

// QUotes uttered during the making of Arcanum

{0}{These are actual quotes uttered by the people who made Arcanum. They are reproduced here entirely out of context, as they should be. Enjoy!}

It's "quotes.mes", and it's in Arcanum3.dat, not Arcanum.dat. It's been discussed before.

 

For future reference, if it's in the mes folder it end in .mes.

(Not that it really matters as it is the only file called "quotes").

When I said undat arcanum I was referring to arcanum the game not arcanum.dat. I chuck all my undats into one big folder so I don't distinguish what comes from where.

My last post had line 0, so here is line 1. Let's see if I get bored of this before I get to line 203.
