mark topic read

my topics are not marked read when I goto them then go back to main page and refresh. I have been having to visit all topics go back to main page refresh go forward to topic heading page again hit mark all topics read go back to main page and refresh.

I almost miss some posts because of marking all read that way (I noticed a few after I marked had a new post.). but most of the time noone posted anything new after I visited the topic that was stuck as being unread. a moth ago I was getting posts marked read when all I did was refresh and didn't look in the topic. (I think you might have been told or found that and over fixed it.)

edit: topics I make that no one else posted on also don't get marked as read witch is silly I defenently read it because I was the only one that posted in it.

 

or maybe don't have 4 Terra Arcanum and 1 The House of Lords windows open at the same time?

And we have to assume that you are going back to the main paga by clicking you way, and not using the "go back one page" button.

 

I'm clicking go back then clicking refresh to update.

the sister forums used for Cybernation work right except the Embassy Park section witch is always unread even if I click mark all topics read.

 

Do you ever just use the existing site navigation, like for example here, clicking on the "The House of Lords Forum Index" -> "Site Feedback" to navigate? That's always worked for me

It happens from time to time. I get it too, some days. Other days it won't happen. I think it's a random event. Luckily, I happen to be a natural 20.

 

That's what happens when you let a web browser do the memorizing for you.

 

I just visited 2 topics and they marked themselves read after I left them so maybe it's fixed.
