Grate and grape, you mean? Actually I have universal sense of humor and can laugh both when hear vulgar joke or piece of dry humor(-What's fate? -Fate is when brick falls on your head. - And if it doesn't fall? - Then today fate is not on your side. (translated to Russian, it's humoristic twice)).

Once again, the rare occasion of me thinking the same thing as Vyenna occurs. This is not fun. It's spooky.

If you don't laugh hearing joke about brick, then you don't have dry sense of humor. (Wolf, are you going to agree with Vyenna further?)

I didn't laugh because I couldn't read it. Becasue that isn't english. It's a conglomeration of English words that don't mean anything. Because you are very bad at writing in English.

It's straight translation from russian. Word by word, without any reference to English.

And as such, it's incomprehensible. All the humor was killed in translation. That makes you a murdered. Fucking scumbag.

Maybe. My lexicon is poor although I read books in English. Understand words only from context.

Well, alright, I do UNDERSTAND what you said. But the translation does butcher the punchline.

I know. That's why it takes skill to do proper translation. Especially from Russian.

Нашел родственную душу! Наконец-то на этом форуме можно писать на русском, и хоть кто-то поймет. Однако. :)

Этикет соблюдать надо все равно. Форум-то аглицкий, так и писать надо по-заморски. Иначе невежливо.

Nope, for the non-Russian speakers it's still jibberish. It's simple politeness, my friend- when in Rome, act like a Romanian

Кстати, Солярис, шведы и норвежцы тут не стесняясь говорят на своих языцах. Понимаю, что в России было иноугодничество, но, думаю, это простительно. :) Тут у каждой национальности, кроме русскоязычных, вроде как своя диаспора. :) Это уж не говоря о тех темах, где каждый говорил на том, на чем хотел. Но ты прав - в чужой монастырь со своим уставом не ходят.
