http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...discovered-ancient-tomb-sealed-400-years.html You all know we're not supposed to leave stuff behind. I know my wife never wore a ring-watch, we never visited China, and I can't afford to get the old Delorean refurbished; so that rules me out.
"The mysterious timepiece was encrusted in mud and rock and had stopped at 10:06 am." How could they possibly know that on a 12 hour watch?
I ruined the last watch I ever owned while operating a lathe. Could be that the bits and pieces flew to China and reassembled to a miniature watch.
It seems that I cannot find my previous watch anymore. I must have lost it somewhere. However, I never been to China.
Dark Elf: That's one hell of high-speed lathe you were using. Not only did the pieces travel half-way around the world, but were moving so fast they warped back in time as well? Wow.....
Well, it sure as hell wasn't me. I prefer my watches to fit over the wrist. That, and I only travel through time and space (yup) if it involves sitting in front of a TV and watching a disney movie.
Odd, I get the same general effect from the various '(Country)'s Next Top Model' shows, although the sheer hate they generate in me might be a factor. Anger is very, very powerful.
