Is there already a way to alter an NPC's auto-leveling scheme? If so, how do I do that? I think that the tech NPC's autoleveling schemes suck. I would love to alter Magnus' and the others to be able to create level 7 tech items.

    Hey..

I agree.the auto levelling scheme for the tech npcs suck since they can only learn up to 4 skills...If I'm not wrong, magic based npcs can learn all the 5 spells in 1 college.
    Hai.....

    Many Thanks.

Thank you for your prompt assistance. I will swiftly alter Magnus' and Jayna's Schemes and present these alterations for your inspection and comment. I only intend to alter them that they might be able to create level 7 tech items. I agree that creating supermen is a silly idea but would like the level cap lifted.

Excuse both my enthusiasm and stupidity.

I attempted to download the UnDat 1.1 utility from the Mod Squad site and can't seem to find it. I downloaded the graphical UnDat utility from this site and can't make it run. I still need more help. Sorry.

Hmmm... the graphical version didn't work for me either, but I dled the regular (DOS) version w/o a problem. It's a pretty small program; I could email it to you if you'd like. What say you?

    Thanks

Sure. My address is daronrwilson@home.com. Thanks a lot. Beside the level cap, nothing hacks me off more about Arcanum than how tech characters are slighted. Hardly a tech reward through out the whole early game and the tech NPC's are really sort of lame.

    Outcome??

I am confused as to what the outcome of this conversation was? Is there a solid way to alter or dictate how an NPC will spend his/her points as they level up that works with the current patch?
