What should be the name of our alliance?

  1. The House of Lords (Because we love that definite article)

In order to take advantage of the handy new alliance statistics link next to your AA listing, we all need to writ down exactly the same thing.

ie. 'The House of Lords' and 'House of Lords' would be recognised as 2 seperate alliance by the system.

So what do we want to actually use as our AA?

I'm in favour of 'The House of Lords' myself.

Definitely the definite article, I say!

    This thread needs a poll!

I keep getting polls added to my threads without having to do the work myself.

One of the perks of being a senior member I guess.

Option #1, naturally. Because we really, though not really, really, love that definite article.

Option one. Having, "The," in front of most anything gives an unmistakable aura of superiority.

Why am I the only one voting for my option?

Elementary, my dear mathboy. It's simply because there is a subtle difference between liking something and really, really liking it.

Turns out you're the only one to actually cross that line.

    It's why I said, "Most."
I, for example, would require a german equivalent of the infamous article.
    Ich bin der Grossenschwamm.

If we must use the definitie articles of our mother tongues (de facto or par preference), wobbler would be wobblern and I would be Den Darke Elfen or something.

    ...

No, Dark Elf sounds so much better.

Well should I use English or Orcish? Since Vorak is an orc name, in fact its about the only orc word I actually know.

    And what does it mean?
(You can ask Wolfsbane, he know a great lot of orcish words and has atleast 50 full pages of orcish.
He has the whole orcish language on paper^^)
