    He's in the Bangellian Deeps. You'll come across this when or if you do the Stringy Pete quest.

    Curse - An appeal or prayer for evil or misfortune to befall someone or something.

    Paladin - A paragon of chivalry; a heroic champion.

    Combine the two... We get Paladin that has been cursed.

    You know, at Terra-Arcanum there is a quest guide if you really want to know all this stuff about where all the quests are,instead of making posts and annoying other people.
