Yeah, those idiots in North Korea are just looking to start a war. The US is pretty pissed off about it as well, and are treating it as an act of agression. They do after all have the bomb, and they never tell anyone where the launch is projected to go or when its supposed to happen. International law (?) says they're supposed to warn everyone so ships and aircraft dont get hit by accident.

 

Even North Korea isn't as foolish to start a war with the USA, but I don't understand why they don't announce the "target".
