Have you ever seen an anime called 'Cowboy Bebop'?

I've seen maybe 4/5ths of it. But then I realised I didn't really like anime.

I'll start watching anime when one comes out where you can find one episode in the entire series that's as good as any episode of Aqua Teen.

:) :) :) :) :) Glad glad glad I'm so glad to see you say that. No one have even heard of this anime here.

To be truthful, you are not. The best anime judge (he so called himself) here said that inuyasha is 'The best anime in the later 20th'. *shit*
For the more: what inuyasha sounds like in Chinese is a sentence: 'Shot someone with a crossbow.'.

Never seen Cowboy Beebop, but I am utterly addicted to Trigun and Elfen Lied.

Yeah, Trigun is just damn awesome. Poor Wolfwood...

Elfen Lied is dead-set fucking AWESOME, but you gotta have a strong stomach and a head for plots to follow it.

Elfen Lied...So full of blood and fresh together with grace and sorrow. I've been driven mad by that, I dare not to see it any more.
    The Japs are really hentai.

OMG the music for Cowboy Bebop.... *orgasm*

I've only seen a few of the episodes but I listen to the soundtracks on Itunes, now that's some good shit.

Urotsukidoji ... Legend of the Overfiend. I prefer the second film(Legend of the Demon Womb) to the first, it has an attractive Nazi Fuck Machine and you get to see Adolf Hitler killed by a demon that comes through the gate it opens. - Animated porn for sadists, pure and simple. That's why I like it.

I'm burnt out on Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star both, each only has thirty two episodes in the entire series if I remember correctly. Which isn't a bad number until you realize that's all they can re-run on television, so I have seen every episode about eight times now.

Adult Swim doesn't really have any good anime anymore(Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is about all I watch anymore), the comedy is what draws in the huge audiences. Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, etc all have their own fanbases but are considered some of the worst anime ever produced by people not in love with the series.

Inuyasha for instance caters to the furry sub-culture quite a bit, while Full Metal Alchemist features two kids who can do nothing but bitch and complain they messed with powers beyond them and lost body parts ... plus it has a robot in a loincloth for no reason, he doesn't have nuts and a bolt down there.

The films which originally got me interested in anime were Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Record of the Loduss Wars, Princess Mononoke, Blue Sub 6, etc.

The current anime shows I watch are, -

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex

    Hellsing

Gigantor(before Adult Swim replaced it with that goddamn Gary Coleman Show)

loduss wars is classic... and the subculture that has developed around the mini-episodes is insane...

    Anime I've seen:

Love Hina: Quite fun, but gets a bit tedious after a few episodes.

Chobits: Perverted, but funny like hell at times.

Hellsing: One of the coolest animes out there. Would had been better if Alucard hadn't been so damn invulnerable though.

Ranma½: I love the concept, but the series is too damn long.

Trigun: Possibly one of the best animes I've seen. I actually hated seeing Wolfwood die.

Ninja Scroll: Possibly one of the goriest movies I've ever seen... but that's fine because I can appreciate senseless slaughter.

Princess Mononoke: Not as good as they would have you believe, but worth seeing notwithstanding.

    Spirited Away: Time well spent.

Tekken: Only watch it if you've played the games. This goes for Street Fighter as well.

I also recall Starzinger, Robotech, Silver Fang and Cobra from when I was a kid. I thought they were cool back then.

+ a bunch of others, but seeing as I can't remember them right now they probably weren't that good.
