Shopkeeper Inventory Hack

I apologize in advance if I've missed some obvious post with a working link, but so far I've been unable to find a source for this mod barring Fileplanet which -- as you may know -- is the devil. If someone could toss a bit of info my way on where to find this or email me a copy, I'd really, really appreciate it. I'm getting pretty pissed off trying to find the flow distruptor shield schematic in stores ><.
