Location: In the Admin Panel, hovering over the delete user tickbox in your profile.
Drog Black Tooth has updated his fan patch for Arcanum again. This time, he includes a tweak which disables sprite mirroring. Turns out that Troika made all the graphics use mirror images of their sprites, rather than using different left side vs right side images. In the fix section he mentions fixes to the Silver Lady's skills. I can't find anything concerning the Silver Lady as a follower or temp. party member.
Did he get The Silver Lady and Raven mixed?

Glad to see that the sprite mirroring thing has finally been implemented. I had always known about it, but think DBT was the first one to figure out that it could be fixed.

You create an Elf. Male. Default portrait. Call him Dorky.

Sheltered Childhood Background. Max Constitution, Willpower and Intelligence. Charisma to 12. Mental, Summoning, White Necromancy are to be maxed. Mental should be mastered. Persuasion up to expert. Any spare points are put on Beauty.

That's your character. NOW FINISH THE FUCKING GAME DAMNIT!

Your idea is hilarious, actually.

However, I had already created a character and gone a different route before I even read this post. A half-elf with the only child background who specializes in combat assist magic. Temporal, Conveyance, and White Necromancy are (or rather, will be) maxed, with a few points in handy stuff like Fire and Energy for flavor. I might consider mastering Energy for cheaper lightning bolts but since I have never even gotten that far we'll just have to see.

Melee/Dodge will be main skills, of course, and I'll try to get at least a few points into persuasion even though my charisma took a big hit from the background I selected. I don't really like followers in this game, so I'm only keeping Virgil around, mostly for story purposes.

This time it'll fucking happen.

Same goes for me. I've always been bugged about it, but I just assumed that Troika made a big mistake and forgot (or simply hadn't the time) to fix it. It wasn't like the thing made the game impossible to play, really.
