No, Troika weren't offered a console dealio

<a href="http://www.nma-fallout.com">No Mutants Allowed</a> are reporting that <b>Leon Boyarsky</b> has denied rumours of contract offers Troika has turned down (Wow. That was a really bad sentence).

We did do a small project for DARPA, working on an AI program to take over the world, but that's highly classified.</blockquote>
Just so you know, DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency which has since apparently been renamed to just plain old ARPA. It's the Government agency that funded the ARPANET and later started the Internet.
