    This feature was often requested, and as I was tinkering with the UI lately I decided to make it happen. This small hack lets you edit your followers' stats in-game, i.e. it makes the NPC character editor menu active. This lets you remove or change their autolevel scheme and distribute their character points as you see fit.

    You can download the hack here. Run FollowerEditor.exe, then launch the game. Press Alt+Z to unlock followers' stats, press Alt+X to go back to normal.

    I've found one issue with this, but it isn't significant. When buying skills and technological disciplines for your followers, the screen doesn't update correctly (i.e. you hear the sound, but don't see anything changing). Just click on another menu and then back, then you will see your new skills and disciplines.

    EDIT 2013-04-09: Restored a functional link - Muro

    Another great addon man!

    Are all of these cool little patches combined into one master file somewhere, or are they seperate? I haven't checked your main UAP file recently, so this could just be a lazy question.

    Would the AI governing followers with newly-found magickal abilities still be pretty crappy? I'd assume so, and I doubt that Virgil would be able to make use of, say, disintegrate, if I decided to go that route.

    I would imagine this would be very, very handy for technological-orientated followers (Magnus is suddenly worth something for crafting)!

    I have registered in this forum only to thank you for this hack. It was a long search through internet to find it.

    I will add some words to make this site appear in the results of google.

    This link appears to be dead. Is it available somewhere else?

    Sounds like a nasty break-up. Thanks for the response though. Does anyone have a copy they can e-mail me?

    How could I have not noticed this?

    Anyway the file can be found here: http://www.bn13.com/bbs/job.php?action= ... &aid=20589

    Problem is you have to register, and it's in Chinese (I believe), and Google won't translate the register page properly, so I can't seem to complete the register process.

    It's magic!

    Nonetheless, of all the places in the world, the file couldn't have ended up in a better one.

    Anyway, sorry for double posting, what are you going to do about it? Huh?

    I did however get through, and the file can now be found here:

    Wow there.

    {Writes random things in random boxes to see if it will work. It didn't.}

    I think I'll pass, especially since I can see you already defeated it. Congrats.

    You're welcome, reverend.

    @Muro: Apparently the username had to be in Chinese.

    I tried that (copied some random text from the page, so my username was most propably Comfirm password or something of that nature), but it didn't work, if I'm not mistaken. I though to myself "Hm, maybe the e-mail has to be in Chinese* as well?" which made me come to a conclusion that the fun is not worth the effort anymore.

    * Had it though?

    Just wondering if any of you guys have had a chance to try this out? For example I'm wondering how dynamic the follower's AI's are once you've messed around with their character point allocation. For instance, would Virgil break if I made him go tech instead of taking any spells? Would he use Quench Life or summon demons if I picked some different schools for him? Could I make Magnus go all out firearms instead of melee and have a good ranged guy in my party?

    Obviously I don't expect specific answers to any of the above questions but I hope you see what I'm trying to get at.

    --edited cause I can't spell :(

    @FlyingMonkey
    Ah, feel free to correct me, but I'm rather certain that the AI is generated from a single engine based on stat/skill balance, as opposed to specific follower AI scripts, and a few more general NPC ones.

    However, I am equally inclined to believe that there ARE a few unique AIs. Naturally, I think of Kerghan and other "bosses", as well as certain enemies in the game with lots of unusual non-PC spells and abilities.
