Character Editor 1.8 (Solved)

The last time i played Arcanum was many years ago when i was still using XP, now i'm on Vista. I re-installed the game earlier today and applied a few mods, i also re-downloaded the character editor which is refusing to work with Vista. I've already read earlier threads and searched online but Vista is refusing to register the DLL's, i've turned off UAC too no avail either.

Is there any way to get around this? I remember no problems at all on XP but Vista is refusing too budge.

Is anyone is planning to make a new one or update the editor in the future?

Edit: Did a search on download.com and found a free program called OCX DLL Manager. Installed and got them registered within 2 minutes of posting this. Sorry if i've wasted time with this post.
