    Fuck the text, what's important is that these are American photos from the 30's and 40's. In colour.

    Is it just me, or does one get a completely different view of history from looking at it in colour rather than greyscale?

    Pretty pictures.

    I don't know. Maybe we've seen too many 30's or 40's based movies to imagine that the world lacked colour back then.

    I do know though, that it's the only thinkable era for an Arcanum sequel.

    I like the photos, but any time I see a restoration like that I wonder how accurate the color representations are.

    As a child, I thought that movies from the era of black and white film were monochromatic because the world didn't have color.

    I would certainly like to see either Arcanum or a game like it on the verge of the Atomic Age.

    The pictures did not seem as old with the color added and I could more easily see myself in some of those scenes. Other than that, they didn't seem as real.
